- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and talent assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
