President of AAAN Praises Sanwo-Olu’s Educational Vision, Unveils Youth Tech Training Hub

Mr. Steve Babaeko, CEO and Chief Creative Officer of X3M Ideas, praised Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwoolu, for his forward-thinking leadership and alignment with global educational trends. He made these remarks in Lagos during the launch of X3M Tech, an initiative aimed at equipping young Nigerians with advanced technological skills. Babaeko, also President of the Advertising Agencies Association of Nigeria (AAAN), noted that the initiative’s focus on technology stemmed from the supportive structures provided by the governor and, by extension, Mr. Femi Gbajabiamila, Chief of Staff to the President.

X3M Tech, established at Muritala Ajadi Animashaun Community Senior Grammar School in Surulere, Lagos, is part of X3M Ideas’ longstanding commitment to corporate social responsibility, spanning over 12 years. The project targets 60 students, with the top 10 performers set to receive cutting-edge laptops equipped with relevant software to aid their ongoing learning and skill development.

Babaeko emphasized the initiative’s significance, framing it as a pivotal moment in X3M Ideas’ dedication to empowering Lagos State’s youth through education. He expressed gratitude to the Lagos State Government, particularly Governor Sanwo-Olu, for his progressive education policies, which enabled initiatives like X3M Tech. He also acknowledged the pivotal role of Chief of Staff Femi Gbajabiamila in facilitating the project’s launch infrastructure.

Highlighting X3M Ideas’ core values, Babaeko stressed the importance of education in driving innovation and critical thinking. The partnership with Instincthub further ensures the program’s success, with a focus on skill transfer that complements existing curricula without compromising academic performance.
